Dude... what world are you living in? EA actually help people? Funny guy.....  You will get the same help - scripted offshore support from cheaper labour centre regardless of the number of calls. It's called corporate greed, making the most $$$ you can.

Yep, I was thinking too that I should have posted here. Sad part this support reached out to a developer and they could not tell that im on level 83 and could have only 1 token, thus I need to wait till level 87 to get to 97OVR???   I had 2 support calls, first one said wait 24 hrs and the 2nd one was useless.   Yes, I made a stupid mistake but shouldn't they know??????   :)

I passed level 83 and got the token but it disappeared when I went to do some abilities upgrade. I called support and they claim I am falsifying the claim?   What could I do? It can be applied / traded/deleted? My Holt is 96OVR -- proof enough.   They said I am lying and ended the chat, if i escalate they are banning me for lying :)   WOW EA
