Nice! Mine is very similar, just don't have NTL. I have Troy and Minkah both at 99 as my safeties. 99 Blount, 98 Woodson, 95 Haden at corner. I usually use 96 Lott  or 98 Tillman at FS though and bump Minkah down to slot corner.    I like having enforcer on both safeties but Minkah doesn't seem to force fumbles like Lott, even with enforcer on him.
