You also have to account for the "nerf" where EA allows lesser OVR/PWR teams to play better against your higher Defense for "competitive balance". But the boosts do help, at least the Offensive ones I use for running. I can tell the difference in blocking and carry. Whether the Defensive ones help it all depends. Many times I can kind of tell what my opponent is using in LVL based on how the DBs react. Kinda has the reverse effect though since if I can tell the DBs are reacting well in coverage I just run heavy, and vice versa.

Are you only considering upgrading one of those two? Personally I don't see the benefit of wasting resources on either since Montana is definitely being replaced within a month or less. And Matthews, even at maxed 100 OVR, there's arguably better options available right now at lower OVR.

Ultimate Disappointment

I still like H2H Kilgore over Kalil. With my Scouting Boosts he's basically 99+ in every important stat for a C without much overage waste on the boosts I use.

Nice. I've been using Google Rewards for a long time but since I've upgraded to a new phone they've forgotten about me.

Neither will sell for much compared to other 98's, but I'd imagine Williams would be a tad more desirable. A better Mahomes is due out for free a month after he becomes auctionable.
