Think it’s stupid and overblown.  Every team steals signs. It’s part of the game from little league on.

Wow, deleting stuff in last year's game?  That is ridiculous.  One of the reasons I stopped mobile was I hated losing my team each year; I loved being able to keep playing with my M17 team so much I never bothered with later games.     If they actually retroactively take stuff out of a game, after you've bought it, they'll just eventually just brick it to force a new purchase.  As much as I love M17, I wouldn't go to a new version in that situation.  I'd just find another hobby.  That's just sorta offensive, I think.

Ridiculous.  Seems like the level of play is going to be horrendous.    Don't think it will last a month.

A lot of the solos disappeared from the game a few weeks ago. You can do gauntlet, year in review, team challenges, MVP (if you earn it, which might not be possible), chemistry, and OVR challenges. But other stuff just went poof.
