I haven't done the SB one but have have tried various promo grab bags this year with no luck. If you're the gambling type take a shot but be prepared to be disappointed.

CR player trade-in set, you only get 3 PB badges toward 10PB badge for conference badge, pain in the ass but it can be done... CR blitz event still active and auction house for players needed for the set.
