Cheaper to build and sell all the players. Dont buy the first card after you search try to get a snipe.

You need to add depth pretty much everywhere. Also you should try to max out two physical chems. I max out sprinter and brawler. Also max out madden if you haven't. Or if you run a theme or semi theme team max out your unis coach and stadium with a team chem to get that plus one to speed.
