Do you mean you used the gems to buy banners at 1,000 gems each?

Well, I guess the best use of stamina is actually to grind for gems to buy store packs with. At least you would know every 1,000 gems you earn gets you one banner 🤔   Except- OD, Arena, and team history are all usually a net positive stamina, so I guess I mean, “Spam MS Training Camp for Gems with All of Your Stamina to Complete UL Sets Before July!”
