Idk the pull rates so hard to answer  Me and a league mate are building masters at a rate of 1 a day so I'm sure you could build Brandon.

Yes play all.  More players to turn into 87+   Plus my theory is you usually gain 5-6 badges total from first win. Can trade them in 2for1 or 10for5 and end up getting more badges than you would auto playing (2x badges per play)
