Is draft a good mode to learn online MUT for someone who mostly plays solo MUT as the teams are more even than H2H?

So I'm not a new player to madden or MUT but I recently decided I want to start playing H2H MUT instead of just the solo MUT stuff. What are the major things I need to be aware with H2H that are different from solos. Also will an 88 ovr team be good enough to win games once I get use to online? Are there any specific playbooks that are better than the rest?
