How come if a restaurant messes up your experience they pay for the food and probably overcompensate, but EA clearly doesn’t give a shit?

Instead of closing the Gingerbread set, they left it open. What they didn’t tell you is if you had completed the set before, you will not receive the rewards, even though the set was still open. If you had previously done every gingerbread set (as I had), your gingerbread men are worthless and you just waisted a ton of coins. If you go to live chat, you’ll talk with someone who clearly does not know English very well and knows very little about the game itself. Thanks for ruining my night EA, I just wanted a new LOLB.
