Does anyone else think Chucky is doing a good job with the Raiders?
I think they are trending in the right direction. I think Gruden is slowly installing a system that can pay off over time. I think AB's shenanigans really set them back a step.. but overall, as far as team success goes, I think with what they currently have.. his tenure can be viewed as a 'hit' rather than a 'miss' so far.
