Random ban email from EA
This happened before I think, last year maybe. Not a permanent ban, but like 1-2 weeks. They tried to do a big sweep of people who had built up coin stacks seemingly without opening packs and it accidentally banned people (one prominent YouTuber comes to mind) who are extremely good at working the AH (and they also get pretty good rewards from playing because a couple were upper tier players). So they "caught" some legit offenders, but got false positives too.
Not saying OP is or is not innocent, but none of us know, so I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt. Hope it gets resolved man...

Until I hear from them what caused it then yes as I am not aware of anything I did for a ban. One email says phishing and the alert on PS4 says concerning the access of other parties accounts. Neither of those things have I done for sure.

i mean you committed a crime you should do the time i'm sorry you got banned but accept responabilty and learn from ur mistake to never do it again good luck!
I once called a 6 yr old a little whiny female dog on Fortnite on ps4 and caught a 24h r ban. kid was screaming revive me now when I was in a 3 on 1 battle. BTW it was the other word for female dog.
Love how everyone assumed he did something wrong and straight up tried to get the guy to admit what he did wrong instead of trying to give him advice based on what he told us. We are humans, humans make mistakes. Just because EA is a multi million dollar company does not mean they dont make mistakes. I’ve seen people banned for the dumbest things and for no reason at all. Look up the definition of phishing and please tell me how EA would even know he was doing it

Your recent Ah purchases would show up next in the bottom middle of the action house page/trade block. The notifications you click r3 and your ps4 messages I’d scroll through

Ya with it saying phishing and accessing other accounts something is going on. Hoping sooner than later it gets resolved.

I don’t do anything besides play the game so not sure what happened. I wasn’t playing a WL game and it said servers disconnected won’t receive a win or loss. It kicks me out to main menu try to get back in says servers aren’t able to connect. Next thing I know get an email that says “Because your account was involved in phishing, we’ve permanently banned your access to Madden 20 Ultimate Team.”
anyone ever get this before ?
