Anyone wanna share best ways to get after the QB rushing 4 either in 4-3/Nickel/Over G.
I have heard about pinching line and slanting out (must admit I don't like the aesthetics of a pinched line) and results in training mode seemed inconsistent.
I have tried Various things but certainly didn't get any consistent results, and couldn't draw any conclusion. I don't like slanting to one side unless vs the run, as I feel it takes ages for my men to engage with a blocker.
Simply slanting out in "over g" can get a looping stunt on 3 tech sometimes, I don't know how useful that is (mostly only tried this in practice mode).
Also "contains" seem to cancel the edge going after the QB if they stay in the pocket, which I guess is correct, so I tend not to use them unless desperate vs heavy scrambler (prefer using a spy).
Basically I tend to leave the D Line completely stock... sometimes I will just spread.
