Daily Mission QS Minimum? 25k? EDIT: Nope, it's 7.5k :/

I reached Level 90 yesterday. Got 25k. Today, I got another 25k.

Is that the new minimum? or is EA just making up for the 2 months in a row I've pulled 6k?
