Does clutch matter on qbs?

In the market for a better qb. Peyton can’t move and Andrew luck couldn’t make all the throws. So I’m in between Wilson and Watson.

only problem is I don’t know if clutch matters Wilson has clutch and Watson doesn’t. Any feed back would be appreciated
