Some players have x2 or x3 chemistry with their power ups? (NOT referring to Theme Diamonds)

I noticed some players randomly have this? Marcus Gilbert shows up as x2 for the Cardinals, but Leveon Bell DOES NOT for the Jets?

Is there a compiled list of players that have this boost? (Again, NOT counting the obvious theme diamonds)
