 97ovr cards. 98ovr when powered up. 99ovr with chems with end-game (or very close) stats.

Last year ULs came out on February the 9th. I think we’ll have to wait a bit more

Last time they released like 7-8 at one time, which was pretty sweet.

Theme Diamonds first, I'd think. Still no upgrades to 13 (including Kurt Warner) of these players and they can start them out with lower OVRs so as to not get players already at 95-96 up too high yet.
