Best way to turn M19 training into coins?

Logged on for the first time in forever and have a full NAT team with over 50k training. What is the best way to transfer the training into auctionable cards? Just trying to maximize my value and trade off for MHC. Thanks for any tips.

At the point the market is in that game there is not much you can do but what I would say is that you can upgrade power ups for higher ovr legend players or anyone who has a card no lower than a 97 with a power up and upgrade them with training and do exchange sets. That’s really the only way and won’t make you too much since that market is dead but that’s really all you can do
