Experienced 85 ovr player looking for a league

I have played MM for 4 years, only 85 ovr now but I'm only just now playing actively again, I was 80 ovr about a week ago. Still quickly improving my team. Looking to join an active league. I will play all 3 tourney drives daily and follow any rules that you have. I'm ok with joining a feeder league because I know most top leagues are only accepting 90+ ovr. 1336 team power, level 28.
