So, after spending the weekend figuring UL out, it is glaringly clear that the amount of banners given is drastically out of balance with the other three currencies. Even if extra shields and badges were exchanged for tickets to slowly build banners via the 2 x 24 hour set, it would far exceed the number of tickets needed.
We are already stuck sitting on full sets without a way to finish the banners needed for builds. If this continues for 28 weeks, there will be no incentive to play UL events any longer. We will only be waiting on banner set cool downs until something changes.
Possible solutions to correct this issue:
Increase banner drop rates from events. Remove or reduce the 24 hour cool down (and/or allow us to build more than 2 per day). Create a new set where badges and shields, and/or echo players could be used directly to build banners, without a cool down or volume limit. Create other store (or even league store) packs to obtain banners (and no other items) at a reasonable price.

yeah 3 a day would be fine and do the same thing. and put back the upgrade events :roll:

Saving pieces will be wise. Overtime, I expect the OVRs to rise. However, that may take multiple weeks.

if you wanted to change it, change it next week when the packs are back, not midstream this week.
It was pretty clearly a mistake.
Since gems were introduced the gem price on any pack that can be bought for gems or for mc has always been double the price in mc.
