He has fumbled once or twice for me, but he has also gotten many more kickoff return touchdowns so I am unable to complain. 

I was using NFL 100 Hester at a 96 previously, and I am unable to tell a difference in terms of fumbling as neither have/had a lot.

Hester is way better

I've had 9 fumbles with him in arena...none yet in lvl.

Can't fumble if you take it the distance, dude is an absolute stud.

Took it to the house with him on his first kickoff ever.  Will watch out for fumbles tho

Thanks for the heads up on Agnew. 98 Hester is a little better stat wise, maybe sell Agnew.
