J.C Tretter even with his run block???

So I just built Julio Jones, and I'm moving on to my next master. I have 90 overall Matt birk at center so J.C would be a great upgrade, but his run block questions me. I do play top 500 lvl so he might not be good, but wanted to see what others thought. Is there any other game changing toty masters out there??
