Coin Collector Sets missing prize?

Yeah, we are so used to opening packs, that I forget to wait for the amount to pop up to.

Cool thing about that set, it says "rewards 20k to 80k coins".   But you can actually pull up to 100k.

I cashed In for 20k plus set and nothing showed up. I did it twice and not in unclaimed or in my collectibles. Any idea?
