Hardly anyone even thinks of being number 1 on the leaderboard for Arena. There's no reason why the progress bar should show the #1 ranked players point total. It should show the bottom of the next reward tier.
If I'm ranked 3,000th it should show the point total of whoever is ranked 2,500th. That way I know what my next goal is and if there is time to reach it
Aside from that it wouldn't hurt our eyes to have access to the entire leaderboard. Put a show more button after number 100 or add pages to the screen.
