I have all the badges and 94s I need, but I'm still way short of 86s. Is it best to do OoP (although I always get the wrong team) or does the team blitz give a better chance at higher players even though they give out fewer? I had to buy most of the 94s, so I'd prefer not to have to buy the 86s too.
