Are Legend SB Masters easier or harder to get than the KC/SF Masters?

I have time for maybe one more master as I will be getting Bosa tomorrow morning. I was considering doing a Legend SB Master but I wanted to know if I could complete it F2P before the promo events go away. (Bosa took me about 4 days).
