EA Seeming To Continue Trend Of Not Following Through On Blitz Events?
Since MM17, MM has appeared to follow a pattern of great ideas that aren't really updated or expanded on. In MM17 they were flashbacks, team heroes, and monthly masters. MM18 had Stackd players and 24/7 players and achievements that weren't expanded on. MM Overdrive appeared to be more consistent with upgrades throughout the year. This year blitz events(Veterans, Aces, and Royals have been mostly sidelined).
I don't know about anyone else, but I liked the ability to exchange collectibles and play events for chances to get decent players in MM16 and the other games. The Blitz programs in that respect being limited to these three and them not being updated makes the game less fun during the days we don't have promos going on. The lack of these events also leaves what could be pullable from packs lacking( assuming EA adds more than just base cards to pull from packs later on).
