Let’s Be Honest About The AH...EA is Protecting Their Asset.
There are so many posts about the AH....really it’s enough already.....not at all saying I disagree with the posts, but we need to add some truth and reality to the conversation. Granted EA has swung the pendulum to far, period. But why? Because the AH is the surest way to dent profits. If EA was anyone of our businesses would you want sweatshops in China grinding out games and events on thousands of farms accounts to EASILY sell the virtual currency which prevents you from generating income? I wouldn’t. And not for anything, I’m a member of this community, and I know how EAs TOS and Muthead TOS are always tossed about like some state controlled media outlet...but the dirty truth is, again if you were EA and this was your business, would you want a third party fan site creating its own virtual currency (MHC) and using said currency as a way to advance in the game without spending a dime? I wouldn’t. I see guys posting with 40 MHC complaining about the AH, and I will never spend a dime...cmon man...if this was your source of income would you listen to that guy telling you what you need to fix? Back in the day 40 MHC was Fort Knox.... Now, be clear, I’m no EA apologists, rarely ever defend them to be honest, but I get the AH protection. Again, another moment of truth.....wait for it.....this is a gambling app, not an investment...let’s play stocks and options app. Their model is to have you sit in the chair, pull back the arm and hope for triple 7s.
