I know some of you guys have never seen ads but I've always had them available. This is what I've done to make ads show up for me.
IOS
Settings > General > Privacy > Advertising > Make sure "Limit Ad Tracking" is turned off
I have been able to get new ads about every 2 hours or so(thats how often I check), I was able to get them every hour back when I played NBALM.
Resetting Advertising Identifier and toggling off and on Limit Ad Tracking (always make sure you leave it off) gives be brand new ads
The process for me is click on Reset Advertising identifier about 4 times, toggle on LAT click on RAI twice, topple off LAT then click on RAI twice again.
Restart Madden Mobile and new ads will pop up
The same process should work for Android as long as you know where the setting is
