Is it worth it to convert them up through the exchange set or just mulch them into 3500 FO points? I need to clear my bench. Was trying to do the team hero sets but I lost interest in that. I guess the other option is to throw them back in the sets to store in case of a metal master down the line but that seems like a shot in the dark.
