Can’t play ARENA MODE!!! HELP!!!!

I ran out of turns because I lost them, so I’m trying to buy one for 25 stamina and everytime I click to buy one on the + squares I get booted from the game!! I’m ranked 575 rn and almost have that under 500 I need help to get the turns what should I do??!!!
