I don't like a program that is effectively built around lucky pulls and packs. Last season, UL was great promo for grinding. If you dedicated your resources there, you could grind out a couple per week.
The way it is now, I could literally spend all of my stamina on UL throughout the week and still not build one if I don't have good pulls.
